- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Always ask three employees for an answer when trying to accomplish something important here. Hopefully two of the three will have the same answer. Always get a name and a call back number for those who give you an answer. Between the temps/rotational staff, the inconsistent knowledge and the outdated processes there is no telling what will happen with your money.By Samantha Russell, August 12, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆One of the worst online banking systems I have ever used. On more than one occasion my account online has been locked and their 24 hour customer service is closed. Let me repeat that...their 24hr tower talk is closed after hours. How does that make sense?
